UAE delivery
Al Ain delivery is complimentary. Abu Dhabi delivery is AED 20. Delivery to all other emirates is AED 25. Your delivery charge is shown at checkout. Most orders arrive in 1–3 working days; remote areas may take 2–4 working days. These are estimates, subject to order confirmation and courier availability.
If your parcel is delayed, missing or delivered incorrectly, contact us with your order reference so we can investigate. International delivery requires a separate quote and confirmation before ordering.
Cancelling before dispatch
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch; we will confirm the status and any refund due. After dispatch, change-of-mind cancellations are not normally available. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Change-of-mind returns
We do not normally accept returns for change of mind, size preference or colour preference. Please check the size guide or ask us for measurements before ordering. This restriction does not apply to remedies required by law for defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, including sale items.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Email eloraethnic@gmail.com or contact us on WhatsApp with your order reference and a description of the issue. Photos or an unboxing video are helpful if available, but a video is not required and its absence does not automatically invalidate your claim.
Keep the item and packaging where reasonably possible and contact us before sending anything back so we can arrange the correct return method. We will review the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement or refund. Elora covers necessary return delivery costs where the item supplied is confirmed to be defective, damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
For an approved refund, we will confirm the amount, payment method and expected processing time with you. Where possible, payment is returned through the original method; a suitable alternative will be agreed for cash-on-delivery purchases. Bank processing times may vary. Nothing in this policy limits a refund or other remedy required by law.
